A 15-year real estate veteran, Seth is COO of CPI Capital, a multifamily real estate investment firm that provides investment opportunities by acquiring and improving underperforming apartment buildings.

Seth is the founder of The Multifamily Conference – the crazy guy who put together the first event in the middle of a global shutdown because a) he is stubborn and b) he is a firm believer that face-to-face networking is the foundation of real estate.

He is the former host of a real estate TV show, real estate investing podcast, as well as the author of the book, Sell For More.

Brad Blazar is recognized globally as an expert when it comes to raising capital. At the young age of 23, he started and was the founder of a very successful company in the oil and gas industry. This was brought to an abrupt stop in the late 80's due to The Tax Reform Act and collapsing oil prices, but it was not about to slow him down.

Brad went on to find his true passion in life, raising money and helping people. He has raised billions of dollars in the last years for investment sponsors and those in real estate in addition to closing the largest sales for multiple companies.
